Afteranuptrend is in place, the subsequent higher peaks and highertroughsconfirm the original uptrend. The analyzer gives report onthe timeand price when the trend is first identified and the numberoftimes the trend is reconfirmed. Pivot point analysis is alsousefulin giving an early signal of trend reversal. As a longlastingtrend movement enters into a period with no trend, it may beanindication of an end of the bull or bear run. The Appperformspivot point trend analysis in short (daily), medium(weekly) andlong (monthly) timeframes. It also performs intradaytrend analysisusing real time market data when the stock market isopen. Thetrend in one timeframe may or may not agree with the trendshown inanother timeframe.
